The staff provided remarkable hospitality, with friendly service and complimentary drinks during the heatwave. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable retreat. noise from the street persisted into the early morning, and the en-suite bathroom was quite compact. Breakfast options lacked gluten-free selections, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Awesome staff and great spot!
The staff were super friendly and went outta their way to help us, even hookin’ us up with free drinks during the heatwave! Location was spot on, walking distance to loads of stuff. Easy underground to Wembley. Only thing, breakfast was a bit basic, but cooked well. Def recommend!

Had a great time with friends! We visited Hyde Park and checked out some local restaurants. The location is super handy, just a quick walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helped us with our bags. The room was clean and did its job for our stay. Would definitely recommend for group trips!
The bathroom was really compact, making it tricky to get ready. It felt a bit cramped trying to shower and do our thing, but we managed. Just keep that in mind!

Charming Stay in the Heart of London
A perfect location just a short stroll from Paddington! The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging our luggage while we explored. Enjoyed relaxing meals at nearby cafes, especially the local bakeries. For a comfortable retreat in the city, consider staying here. Don't forget to check the local dining spots!

Fantastic central location near parks, perfect for exploring. Cozy, warm room with functional amenities like a large TV streaming Netflix. A decent supply of tea and coffee provided.
No elevator means long walks up steep stairs, especially after a long day. Bathroom feels cramped and could use better lighting. I found the breakfast choices lacking variety—no gluten-free options or fresh fruit. The furniture showed wear, and I noticed a bit of noise from outside during the night.

the staff was super nice n helpful, really did make me feel welcome. the location is awesome, like just a short walk to paddington and hyde park. breakfast was solid, helped me get my day started for sure. room was cozy, even if it was a bit small, it had a comfy vibe. overall, it was good value for what you get.
i had to wait forever to check in, and the room was tiny with no lift, which was annoying. overall, i was really disappointed with the service.
